Oh my goodness, this blog is FINALLY here! Ever since we did this shoot in early May I have been slowly bursting at the seems, waiting to share all these images on the blog. We had an absolute blast doing this shoot, like for real – not even kidding, one of the funnest shoots that Landa and I have done to date. We literally spent a few hours just laughing and playing around – googling every pose and image we could think of that had to do with Marilyn Monroe and once we found one that was do-able … well, we did it! Then we made some up of our own and just RAN with the idea of classic pin-up.
Some of the images couldn’t be posted on Facebook because I’d get reported (boo!), but since this is my site and my party and I make the rules, I get to share them all on here. Eeek! So excited right now!
Before I bid you adieu, let me first thank my amazing model, Missy Pressley … I am so bummed she is leaving us here in Colorado. She’s an amazing PHOTOGRAPHER and also an awesome PROP MAKER for photographers … and just a kind, sweet, loving, WONDERFUL human being. And drop-dead gorgeous, obviously.
Let me also profusely thank TIMELESS ELEGANCE BOUTIQUE, located in Old Colorado City, for allowing us to use some of the beautiful vintage/retro dresses for this shoot.
